It consists of 9 Business Model Canvas elements that are linked as shown below:


1. Customers (Customer Segments—CS) who buy products or services

2. Value (Value Propositions (VP) point of sale of that product or service)

3. Channels (CH) means of communication to customers.

4. Customer Relationships (CR) Ways to keep existing customers.

5. Revenue streams (Revenue Streams (RS) income of this business.

6. Key Resources (KR) What you need to run a business

7. Key Activities (KA) Activities that must be done to keep the business model alive.

8. Key Partners (KP) involved in both raw material feeding and assisting sales.

9. Cost Structure (CS) The total cost of the business.
